Dizolve Does the Trick

I was asked to try out a new laundry detergent product called Dizolve–made in Canada

Right from the start I was impressed:

72 loads worth of laundry soap comes in a small box the size of a paperback book.

Inside the box are small movie-ticket sized sheets of soap-paper–tear off a strip, throw it in the bottom of the washing machine and it cleans an entire load.

Everything about the product seemed impressive before I even opened the little box:

Hypoallergenic, phosphate-free, biodegradable and gentle on skin, works in both hot and cold water.

Though, at first, I was a little skeptical of the instructions (drop the tiny piece of soap-paper into the bottom of my washer drum) as I have a new H. E.  machine and have never actually put soap in the machine drum…but I dropped the sheet, piled in the clothes, shut the door, turned on the machine and waited…

Violla! That little movie-ticket sized paper stub did a great job! My clothes were clean–felt soft and smelled fresh (even though Dizolve is unscented).

What I really like about Dizolve is its convenient size and no mess:

-Easy to carry home from the grocery store and store simply on the top of the washer.

-No more huge plastic bottles to recycle.

The no-mess bonus is that my children do their own laundry from age eight onward in my house; thus, this often results in blue laundry soap slopped over the washing machine’s soap compartment. The liquid soap runs down the entire front of the washer and pools on the floor. The convenient soap-paper strips are easy and mess-free for my kids to use.

I’ll use Dizolve again as it’s also competitively priced at approx. $15-$20 (CAN) for 72 regular loads of laundry.

I’ll give it a try. I have the dribbling soap problem too.
